Facilitate seamless onboarding and provisioning of PhishLabs Security Awareness Training program for new clients. Orchestrate mock vulnerability exercises, such as phishing simulations, promptly and to client satisfaction. Administer computer-based training assignments in line with customized training curriculum, and contributed to content creation and customization of educational materials and other phishing assets.

● Developed and implemented a comprehensive cyber security training program which included phishing simulations and modules designed to improve user awareness of common cyber threats.
